Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Framey. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

3. The Service

Framey allows you to:

• Create a profile with a username, bio, and avatar
• Publish text posts (up to 2,000 characters) with up to 5 images per post
• Follow other users, like and comment on posts, and receive real-time feed updates
• Send and receive private direct messages
• Report content or users and block accounts you do not wish to interact with

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors outside our control.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Framey, including text, images, and profile information ("Your Content"). By posting content, you grant Framey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You may edit or delete your posts at any time, subject to reasonable backup and moderation retention periods. You represent that Your Content is yours to share and does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Community rules

You agree not to use Framey to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative material
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Spam, scrape, or use automated tools to collect data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Violate applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach these rules. Moderators review reports and may take action to keep the community respectful and safe.

6. Intellectual property

Framey and its logos, design, software, and branding are owned by Framey or its licensors. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using Framey, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content posted by other users will be accurate or appropriate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framey and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, content, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the Service is free.

10. Termination

You may stop using Framey and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
